Our squad comprises 4 professionals per region: Equity Managing Director, Equity Vice President, Investor Relations, and Senior Analyst.

### STEP TWO - OPPORTUNITY RESEARCH

Our professionals will seek out opportunities, analyze them, and present them to the $RWA community with each evolution in the research process.

### STEP THREE - BUSINESS PURCHASE

After the squad and board make a decision, the purchase will be carried out with full transparency, considering the potential Risk x Reward x Timeframe of the business.

### STEP FOUR - BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT

Our relationship, marketing team, along with the assistance of our growing community, will make improvements to this business to increase revenue, profit, and purchase interest.

### STEP FIVE - PROFIT SHARE

In the sustainable and profitable economy of $RWA, we will share 50% of the profits generated with our stakeholders through two main avenues:
